Many people are lazy and don't prone.
Kami suggested to apply the bonus to the skills too, but it would be a consequent work to check which skill should benefit of it, and to add it to them. For an example there is no reason to make Orbital strike benefit of it, or any bombing, grenades, ...
It provides 10% damage to the base weapon damage, and if improved by SS3 : additionnal 13% damage, 8% attack speed and +1 range.

So, do you think that the prone skill needs an up ?

Well, that's not what I meant. It would't make sense to increase the skills damage while prone. I meant, right now the 10% damage is applied only to the base weapon damage, I suggested it could apply to the total damage of the weapon, after other modifications (AA, weapons, stats). But only to the attacks, not to anything else.

in example:
WP = base weapon damage
bonus = N%*WP (like 20% from base weapon damage)
prone = N%*(WP+bonus)

WP = 100p; bonus = 20; prone = 10

so you must get 132 damage with prone and bonus, instead of 130.

prone needs "down" so hero could crawl between enemies!

I think the prone skill is okay. The bonus it provides is percent based, so it's alright with me... personally, I wish the numbers were cleaner. like, I'd prefer 5 and 10, or 10 and 15 percent, to the numbers we have... but that's just me being ocd... xD

as is, I like to think that because prone is such a small bonus, it doesn't get too much in the way. the bonus to range is nice, the bonus to damage is great when used tactically, but not so great that it could win a game for someone using it at all opportunities.
