M.O.S Plasma Engineer

I'm no good at naming/writing descriptions, heck, I don't know if the name fits the abilities it has. Neither do I have a clue about balancing. It's the conecpt that matters! I hope the skills somehow explains its role. Or just ask if anythings unclear.

Plasma Engineer (PE)
Uses Shotgun.

Skills
Soldier Skills
Level 1: First aid
Level 2: Mos-specific
Level 3: Improve Prone & +0,1 MS
Level 4: Rifle Butt

Combat Plasma Shield
Level 1: 50 Shield Points, -1 Shield Points/sec, costs 100 Energy
Level 2: 100 SP, -1 SP/sec, costs 100 Energy
Level 3: 150 SP, -1 SP/sec, costs 100 Energy
Level 4: 200 SP, -1 SP/sec, costs 100 Energy

Experimental devices
Level 1: Enables upgrading targeted unit's current magazine.
Level 2: Enables building Plasma Mine lvl 1.
Level 3: Enables building Stun mines.
Level 4: Upgrades Plasma Mine to lvl 2.

Engineer skills
Level 1: Repair, Disarm & Overhaul.
Level 2: Energy Transfer & +0,5 passive energy regeneration
Level 3: Enables building Power Generator.
Level 4: Power Battery & Emergcency Battery.

Abilities:
Combat Plasma Shield
Shield points dissipates over time if not linked by a Power Generator. It will regenerate with the speed of medic heal lvl 1, or maybe first aid. Combat Plasma Shield reflects damage done twice to unit's own attack. Can also be casted on Mines.

Upgrade Magazine
Grants affected unit based on its weapon type until magazine runs out. Costs 30 Energy.
Rifle: Opportunity shot.
AR: Chance that an attack ignores armor.
Shotgun: Adds +1 splash range.
SDM: Boosts damage by 5%.

Plasma Mine
Invisible. Based on Widow Mine, but consumes 50 energy to attack. Its energy won't decrease if it's linked with a Power Generator. Has 0 energy regeneration, but is targetable by Energy Transfer and Power Generators link, which in turn gives +1 regeneration for those that aren't at full capacity. Also targetable by Combat Plasma Shield. Aggro level is about the same as a civilian.
Has some HP and is immune to splash damage (not explosions). Its splash damage only damages enemies.
Level 1: 400 dmg, 200 Energy capacity, 4 range, 2 splash range, 1 attack every 8 second, costs 165 Energy
Level 2: 600 dmg, 300 Energy capacity, 6 range, 3 splash range, 1 attack every 8 second, costs 165 Energy

Stun Mine
Invisible. Based on Widow Mine, but consumes 50 energy to stun. Its energy won't decrease if it's linked with a Power Generator. Stuns enemies for 2 seconds in a 3 range radius if they enter in its activation range of 1. Has 50 Energy capacity. Costs 165 Energy.

Power Generator
Can build max 3. Has 400 HP and has the ability to link with 4 targets at maximum 12 range (choose targets with Q, W, E, R buttons). Linked targets gets shield regeneration, and linked mines and Engineer gets exclusive energy regeneration of +1/s. Aggro level is about the same as a soldier.

Power Battery
Enables Plasma Engineer to link 2 targets at maximum 12 range. It does not give energy regeneration to mines. Still have to use Energy Transfer.
