FIXED BUGS :

- Disable tank should not move any more (please try to body block it so it can't move )
- The Resonator should not give the win prematurely
- In regular modes, infantry riflemen won't apply Infected bite or Parasitic infection
- White phosphorus area, XP issue ?
- FSS Flare cast at the limit of the range not launched ?
- pmc mode, sample collection mission :
- ship than comes to get sambles almost instant leave AO.. no timer till he leave. (so not all item samples was evaced);
- no timer after satchel use to open factory gates;
- need timer "how long to stand" near time-stop thing* to reprogramm it ? (for silos in Love would be good to)
- med bot sometimes doesn't rez
- Generators secondary objectives, target bug
