Some additions to the patch notes :
- Flamethrower weapon impact visual changed (mostly for a better visibility, but looks better imo)
- Can now throw ground flares directly on the roof of buildings in Balaad and Thalim (small houses excepted) to provide vision behind the other buildings (a consquence is that sometimes instead of targetting the ground behind a build, the mouse targets the roof of a building, can be annoying for the jumps, not sure if I should care or if players will accomodate)
- 2016 Camo changed to distinguish it more from the medic camo won in Insane mode

So the missing interface was due to an old Blizzard side bug, which they fixed but brought back recently. I have fixed it, but so we lose the disappear/appear anim of the UI.

The deaf duration is now set to the distance between the explosion and the hero. It will be maximum 8s if the explosion is just on the hero. And minimum 0 if the distance is 8.0 which is the maximum to trigger the ears ringing.

place a sprint bar on the portrait of the hero, may be required to change its size and color, or if it is not a very good vision of the game during a fight
y, remove hero-bars after death(and back after revive, but only if player didnt hided them by using -hide bar)
dead account to prevent non-game discussions with znimu

I think that we are too much used to this sprint bar. If I move it, many people will lose some time each time they want to watch their sprint bar.
I could integrate it to the heroe health bar, but as I allow to hide this last one, it would be anooying too.

I was suggesting to remove the deaf on death, not the heroe health bar. But maybe it is a good idea to hide the heroe bar on death.

Ground flares timelife fixed.
Some sounds fixed : cyborg, smoke grenade (they were played in the UI, instead of on the unit).
Flash added to the SI button as soon as a heroe is picked, while a SI can be picked.
The incendiary rounds of the AR should not damage the TCPs any more.
