PATCH NOTES

I will release the patch notes here now, as the build of the mods doesn't allow to change the patch notes without uploading a new version of the map. Please don't answer in this topic, create an other one or use Discord to speak about any point, to keep this topic easily readable.

* RELEASED the 23/07/2016 *

BUG FIXES :
- Some paths reworked (please provide me screenshots with stuck unpickable items, so I may be able to understand where it happens, it may have an issue with the path of some cliffs).

- Prologue : BMDD ping was not removed on timeout when no BMDD were picked.

- PMC : the phantom will now wait until the end of the timer, to take the Bio samples.

- Scopes, Magnetic stabilizers and Recoil suppressor now have their own cooldown and won't activate the cooldown of the QC.


UPDATE :
Napalm max stacks are now 12 for a single flamethrower, and 24 for several.
Napalm DoT are now 15 / 18.35 / 21.65 / 25 per seconde.

BUG FIXES :
- PMC : The last seismic resonator ping was not removed.

- The Outlaw phantom (or the evacuation area) will now load people already in the area when he lands (please report any bug), done for :
  • chapter 2 : killing
  • chapter 2 : valor
  • Survival mode


UPDATES :
- To ping a player in the Squad list will now display green circles on the pinged heroe (same visual than during the skippable cinematic) - bug / not fully done

- The missions items pings should not hide the player names ping anymore. The name of the missions items have been removed on their pings.

- Little zombies have now 1/7 chance to recover when killed on normal death (no explosion, no fire), it was 1/9, done to compensate for the change which prevents them to recover on explosions and fire.

- FSS : AWT energy cost is now 170 (it was 195)

BUG FIXES :
- Evacuation chapter 2 valor fix.

- Sprints are now desactivated during the chapers transitions.


UPDATES :
- The mayor has now a timer once the door is opened (45s).

- Ground flares, flare guns, cameras and motions sensors are now removed at the beginning of a chapter 3.

BUG FIXES :
- Rework of the kick system (manual kick from the HUD + bug fix for already kicked player situation)

- 3 or more players are now required to vote to kick someone

BUG FIXES :
- after intense negociations, the mini engineers should come again in Chapter 3 : Love, and PMC : Chapter 2.

- PMC : Possible fix for the remaining ping of the first resonator activated.

UPDATE :
- Lobby : the droplist is now set to - by default.

- PMC : XP earnt increased (something like +30/40%, no idea what the total XP will be if every missions is successfull, remember that to fail a mission leads to a lose of XP).

BUG FIXES :
- The Bio Resonator will now explode immediatly when destroyed (please report any bug linked to the Bio Resonator inc cases when he is detroyed or fully charged).

- Fix in the vote kick (a bug was leading to vote to kick Locals instead of the concerned player)


KNOWN ISSUE :
- Some players can't play, SC2 says something about an old version or something. It is a SC2 bug linked to the new Nova missions pack. In this case, it means that I have released a new version : just restart SC2 and it should be OK :)

UPDATES :
- Jam system reworked : the jam probability is initially (or following a jam) very low, then it increases with elapsed time (it should prevent successive jams).
